Postpartum Doula Services

As your postpartum doula it is my goal to make sure you have a positive 4th trimester. Filled with support, trust, and care. This is why before you hire me there is a mandatory “meet-up” usually in person, to make sure we are a good fit. I will be in your home during some of your most vulnerable times postpartum. I want you to feel comfortable, so if things don’t seem like a perfect fit at the initial meet up – it’s totally okay. And what’s more than that, I will help you find other postpartum doulas to meet with. At the end of the day, I want you to have the support you need!

Postpartum Support

My shifts are formatted 3 hours a shift. With a minimum of three shifts booked at a time(it is possible to add more shifts case-by-case) During these shifts I will be

supporting new parents
helping with new baby
implementing good sleep habits
assisting with breastfeeding
infant massage
making sure mama is nourished with lactogenic foods/drinks (if breastfeeding/pumping)
organizing meal trains
light cleaning
prepping/restocking diaper bag
helping with older children in the house
educating family on local resources

^{Ideally before baby is born, I will make a necessary visit to your home (usually about 40 min in duration). This is so I can familiarize myself with your home and organization systems before my shifts begin.}

90 euros for a 3 hour shift (7am-7pm)

3 shifts minimum for booking

>40 km travel fee 25 Euros per session

comfort measures
stages of labor
making padsicles for postpartum
includes unlimited text support during third trimester (during business hours 08:30 – 16:30)
